In an interview Neel reveals the story of ‘Salaar’ is based on 2 friends, played by Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumara respectively. We are taken back to the mythical city named, Khansaar. Deva promises to always look out for his friend. Years later he comes back to avenge the throne and save his best friend as he promised to do earlier. As we see Prithviraj’s character faces turmoil and trouble, Deva steps in to help him out of the mess. The question surrounds how will deva save his friends. Will he be successful in doing so? The question remains engulfed in the trailer.
