Salman Khan targeted once more; investigation launched by crime branch into shooting at actor’s Mumbai residence

The Mumbai Police Crime Branch is investigating an incident where at least three-four bullets were fired at Bollywood star Salman Khan’s home in Bandra West early this morning. The shooting, carried out by unidentified persons on a motorcycle, has raised concerns as Salman and his family have been facing death threats from mafia groups for several years.

The chilling act was carried out by two helmeted individuals who fired four shots at Galaxy Apartment before fleeing the scene. It is unclear whether Salman Khan was at home during the incident, which occurred just after the Ramzan Eid celebrations.

Authorities are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the shooters and determine their motives. A Crime Branch and Forensic Team have also been deployed to investigate the incident and have found at least one bullet mark on the building’s gate.

Salman Khan, who lives with his family at Galaxy Apartments, has faced threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang since the 1998 blackbuck poaching incident. In light of the recent threats, the actor has been provided with increased security, a gun license, and a bullet-proof SUV for protection.
