The movie ‘Sam Bahadur’ is directed by Meghna Gulzar. Vicky Kaushal plays the role of Feild Marshall in the film. Vicky has had a series of hit films in the past like, ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, ‘Raazi’, and more. This time he comes back at it, again with a patriotic film that portrays the country’s internal political and visual representation of the Indian Army.
The film hit the box office and was released nationally on December 1st, 2023. Clashing with Ranbir Kapoor’s film, ‘Animal’. Though the two films are different in genres and storylines, people are comparing them.

‘Sam Bahadur’ is more than just a war movie. It has a critical approach regarding the character with in-depth analysis. The character is not just a normal hero, but someone who had the guts to go against the norms and bring a change.
However, the movie was flooded with good exceptional reviews too. People were appreciating the whole cast and how well the story was put together. Vicky Kaushal’s acting was not just playing the role, but according to audiences he lived the role and set the bar high.
The film did receive a handful of good reviews too as it showed off the Indian army back in those days. Like Abhishek Bachchan mentioned in his review about Kaishal’s acting and said, ‘Well done, sweety’ gives us a reason to check the film out!
