Samsung R&D Institute Noida creates key innovations for the Galaxy S23 series

Samsung India stated that their engineer working in the R&D institute in Noida have made significant innovations in various fields including performance improvement, health features, user experience as well as safety in their newly launched Galaxy S23 series.

Samsung R&D Institute Noida (SRI-N) is one of the top three R&D centres in India (the other two are in Bengaluru and Delhi). It is skilled to develop advanced solutions based on local and global requirements. As per the company statement, SRI-N has made ties with the Korean team to work on innovations for their  Galaxy S23 series. “SRI-N is developing innovative and intuitive mobile experiences that empower, educate and enrich the lives of our customers. Our responsibility to provide innovative technology to our customers has deepened,” said KY Roo, MD of Samsung R&D Institute in Noida. He further added- “With our domain expertise and skill sets, SRI-N is constantly developing innovative products that attract consumers and also shape the future of technology,” 

Additionally, a new app named ‘Galaxy to Share’ has been made that will allow users to select their own personalized settings in any Galaxy device across the globe. In order to enhance the communication of the device, a new feature ‘Direct Dial 4X1’ widget has been introduced in the S23 home screen. It will allow users to access their priority contact and dial them with just one touch. 

SRI-N engineers also made a significant innovation in the Samsung Health trackers like Water, Cycle tracks, Body composition and Heart rate. They have made an Emergency Sharing feature and Emergency SOS that helps the users to send the messages along with their location and a video recording during the time of emergency just by pressing the power button three times.
