Sheeba Akashdeep: 'Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si' going off air is extremely heartbreaking

Actress Sheeba Akashdeep is heartbroken as the show ‘Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si’ is going off air, leaving a void in her heart. She plays the role of Pammi Sood in the show, which premiered in August 2023 and is set to go off air on March 11. She shared her feelings, saying it will take a while to get over this decision.

Sheeba expressed her emotions by saying, “It’s probably the first time in my career when something is getting over and it’s leaving a vacuum in my heart.” She also spoke about the positive aspects she gained from the show, such as lifelong friendships, valuable experience, and a special bond with producer Rajan Shahi. She praised Shahi, calling him “one of a kind”.

Reflecting on her character, Pammi Bua, Sheeba shared, “Pammi Bua taught me a lot. She channeled the inner comedian in me. I have managed to take a negative role and turn it into a comical villain.” She emphasized the enjoyment she experienced while portraying the character, stating that it was a significant highlight in her career.

The show, starring Sayli Salunkhe and Mohit Malik in lead roles, airs on Star Plus. Despite the sadness of the show coming to an end, Sheeba expressed gratitude for the cherished memories and friendships she gained throughout the journey. She believes in finding the silver lining in every situation and appreciates the valuable lessons learned from the show.
