Shillong Teer is not just a lottery-related archery event but a part of the culture of Shillong. The Shillong Teer event is just one of the many Teer events which is organized by the Khasi Archery Association and it is their job to conclude the event and make sure that everything works fine. The betting centers, the Teer event venue, and the actual Teer event are all managed by this association.
