Shocking Discovery in Karnataka: Woman and Toddler Granddaughter Found with Chopped Bodies Dumped in Lake
In a gruesome incident in Mandya, Karnataka, a woman and her toddler granddaughter were killed, and their chopped body parts were found in a lake. The victims have been identified as Jayamma and her granddaughter Rishika, who went missing on March 12.
Jayamma had left her home in Chikkamagaluru district to meet someone in Mandya for a loan repayment. However, she never returned, and her son Praveen filed a missing complaint when her phone was switched off for days. A stranger later called Praveen to inform him about the murders and dumping of bodies in a lake near Adichunchanagiri.
After receiving the call, the police retrieved the bodies from the lake, confirming the deaths of Jayamma and Rishika. The Belluru police have initiated an investigation to apprehend the perpetrators behind this heinous crime.
