Shooting Incident at AP Dhillon’s Vancouver Home Linked to Lawrence Bishnoi Gang
A recent shooting incident outside Punjabi singer AP Dhillon’s residence in Vancouver, Canada, has stirred significant concern and media attention.
The event took place on September 1, with reports indicating that the attack was orchestrated by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, a notorious criminal network with a history of high-profile targets.

A member of the gang, Rohit Godara, has allegedly claimed responsibility for the shooting, citing AP Dhillon’s association with Bollywood actor Salman Khan as a motive.
The shooting, which reportedly occurred near AP Dhillon’s home on Victoria Island, was captured in a video that has since gone viral on social media.
The footage shows an unidentified individual firing multiple shots outside a house at night, although the location and authenticity of the video remain unverified.
In a post circulating online, Godara allegedly stated that he carried out the attack in retaliation for Dhillon featuring Salman Khan in a recent music video, “Old Money.”
The gangster issued a stark warning to the singer, threatening further violence if he did not “stay within his limits.”
This incident is the latest in a series of violent acts linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
The gang has previously been involved in similar attacks, including the shooting outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai earlier this year.
In that case, Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, was named as a key figure behind the attack. The gang’s involvement in such incidents underscores their reach and influence, even beyond India’s borders.
Canadian authorities are currently investigating the shooting outside AP Dhillon’s residence. Despite the growing concerns, no official statement has been released by the local police.
AP Dhillon, known for his hit tracks like “Brown Munde” and “Excuses,” has yet to respond to the incident publicly.
This shooting follows another high-profile case involving the same gang, where they allegedly targeted singer Gippy Grewal in Vancouver last year.
The gang’s increasing involvement in the entertainment industry raises alarming questions about the safety of celebrities associated with their rivals or individuals they deem problematic.
