Steps to follow for online booking for Shri Khatu Shyam Ji Darshan

Visit the official website (www.shrishyamdarshan.in) of Khatu Shyam Mandir. Once you arrive at the landing page, you will see the links to the registration process as well as instructions. 

All you have to do is click on the registration link. You will be shifted to a new website. Just click on the Darshan Panjiyan link. You will see a form opening right in front of you. 

Enter all the required information such as slots, number of people, and date based on availability. Once you are done now check the Availablity option to visit the temple. 

Now enter all the necessary options such as name, phone number, captcha code etc to name a few. Once everything is in place, click on the Book Online Ticket for Khatu Shyam Ji Darshan- Book Barshan option.

Now, complete the last thing i.e payment process. Once it is done, you will receive a confirmation through an SMS on your registered contact number. 

Guidelines from the mandir department about darshan

As per the guideline laid by the official authority of the Mandir, only 90 pilgrims in one slot. Once you are there for darshan, only 20 seconds will be allowed to devotees. So, make sure you know the rules properly before going for darshan. According to the official website, slots for general booking are closed. Soon they will announce the timing and slots for normal visitors. Before your reach there, make sure your booking is confirmed to avoid any problems. If your online registration is not confirmed then your entry will be denied. Please note that the mandir remains closed on special occasions such as Dwadashi Temple, Ekadashi etc. 

Aarti Time

• Khatu Shyam ji’s Mangla Aarti- The temple opens and Mangala Aarti is performed first. It usually starts at 04.45 to 05.45 in the early morning. 
• Khatu Shyam ji’s Shringar Aarti- Later around 07:00 to 08:00, Shri Khatu Shyam is bathed and gets dressed with fresh flowers and jewellery while Shringar Aarti is performed.
• Khatu Shyamji’s Bhog Aarti- Around noon, 12:15 to 12:30 food is offered to the deity while Bhog Aarti is performed. 
• Khatu Shyam Ji Aarti Timing during Sandhya- From 06:00 to 07:15 in the evening, the aarti of the evening is performed, right at the time of the sunset.
• Khatu Shyamji’s Shayan- This is the last aarti of the day. It is usually performed from 09:00 to 10:00. After this, the mandir is closed. 

About Khatu Shyam Ji’s story 

The famous Khatu Shyam Mandir is situated in the district of Sikar, Rajasthan. The temple is believed to be one of the most important pilgrim destinations in the country. As per Hindu Mythology, the deity Shyam Ji is the manifestation of Barbarika, the son of Ghatotkacha. It is believed that if you worship him with full devotion then all your troubles will be removed from your life and replaced by blessing and positivity.

Barbarika chooses to support the weaker sides, something that can lead to massive destruction. Seeing his dedication towards him along with the great sacrifice, Krishna blesses him. He would be famous for his sacrifice and will be known by Shyam Ji in the kali yuga (current times), Krishna’s own name. He will also be worshipped in his original form.
