‘Spider-Man’ Producer was Unfamiliar with Zendaya During Audition for MJ

Amy Pascal, producer of ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’, revealed that neither she nor Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige knew who Zendaya was during her audition for the character of MJ. “She was just dressed like a regular girl, and we were like, ‘Oh my God, she’s amazing,” Pascal told Vogue.

Zendaya, who began acting at a young age in the Disney Channel show ‘Shake It Up’, shared her thoughts on fame in a recent interview. “I have complicated feelings about kids and fame and being in the public eye,” she said.
