Besides, families will also be able to avail medical benefits and housing facilities. If a frontline employee becomes infected during work and dies, the cost of the education of the company up to the graduation of their children will also be borne by the company.

Significantly, Tata left no stone unturned to produce oxygen during the covid-19 pandemic. According to the Steel Ministry data, out of 4,435 metric tonnes of oxygen supplied from the country’s steel plants, Tata had made significant efforts to save lives by supplying 1,154 metric tonnes.
