Tejashwi Yadav claims ignorance of arrest warrant against Lalu Prasad

In a recent development, Bihar’s Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav stated that he is not aware of any fresh warrant issued against his father, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad. The arrest warrant was issued in a 27-year-old Arms Act case by the MP-MLA court in Gwalior on Friday. Tejashwi Yadav made these remarks while speaking to media persons at the Patna airport.

Accompanied by VIP chief Mukesh Sahani, Tejashwi Yadav and his team were returning from an election campaign for RJD candidate Archana Ravidas in Jamui. Despite the ongoing legal issues, Tejashwi Yadav expressed confidence in the unity of Mahagathbandhan in Bihar and their ability to secure victory in all 40 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.

The arrest warrant against Lalu Prasad in the arms act case has raised concerns, especially during the election season. However, Tejashwi Yadav maintained that he is not aware of any such matter, emphasizing his focus on the ongoing campaign for the upcoming elections. The political dynamics in Bihar continue to evolve as various parties gear up for the electoral battle ahead.
