The CEO and Founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov, stated, “Users can now convert their personal accounts into business accounts, adding location and opening hours, organising chats with colour labels, and using automatic greeting messages and shortcuts for quick replies.” With greeting messages, businesses can reach out to users initiating contact for the first time, offering automated responses with text formatting, media, and file sharing capabilities.

The ‘quick replies’ feature in Telegram Business enables users to send preset responses with a simple command, streamlining communication in any chat.
