The OnePlus Ace Is Here With Unbelievable Mid-Range Price Tag

The OnePlus mania is on and it is raging across China and India. The OnePlus 10 Pro has been unveiled in North America but in India fans are eagerly waiting for the launch event of OnePlus 10R and Nord CE 2 Lite. Notably the China customized 10R version has already been unveiled along with a new series name.

OnePlus Ace Powered By Dimensity 8100 MAX 8100

Much of the specs of the OnePlus Ace are already known thanks to a series of leaks. The gadget made its appearance today ahead of its launch and looking at its features it seems to be a decent Smartphone in the mid price range. The Ace is rumored to carry under its hood a powerful Dimensity 8100 MAX 8100 which affords unmatched performance over the present generation of chips. Though it does not belong to the same class as Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 that powers the OnePlus 10 Pro it provides sufficient speed for a gadget of this price range. The device also features a RAM of 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM with up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

OnePlus Ace Boasts 50% Charging In Under 5 Minutes

There are other premium features which make the Ace a formidable Smartphone. It includes 120Hz AMOLED panel and 150W charging are the highlights here, with the 4,500mAh battery which charges 50% in just under five minutes. However, it needs to be seen how much the battery can hold its charge after repeated fast charging. The manufacturer claims that it can hold 80% of its charge even after 1600 bouts of fast charging.

Coming to the optics the Smartphone boasts a triad of cameras, a primary camera 50MP f/1.88 sensor with OIS, an eight MP ultra wide sensor and 2MP macro shooter. The phone is sleek and that is something which is not seen in other OnePlus devices including a standard mute slider that adorns its mainline flagships.

The Ace will be available in black and blue colors starting next week, with an entry-level model for just CNY 2,499 (around $387). The top-range model has 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
