The CBI is active in the Narada sting operation case as soon as the West Bengal election has been over. Earlier on Monday, three heavyweight grassroots leaders and a former minister of the state were arrested. The CBI has arrested Transport Minister Firhad Hakim, Panchayat Minister Subrata Mukherjee, Trinamool MLA Madan Mitra, and former mayor Sovan Chatterjee. The CBI will present the charge sheet today.
