Two killed, three injured in boiler explosion in Bengaluru food factory

Two people have been burnt to death after a boiler explosion at MM Food Factory on Magadi Road in Bengaluru. Three people were seriously injured in the incident.

The incident took place around 1.45 pm near the Anjan movie theatre on Magadi Road. At the time of the boiler explosion, 7 people were working at the MM Food Factory.

Manish and Saurabh of Bihar have been confirmed dead in the boiler explosion in Bengaluru. Shanti, Dhanalakshmi and Sachin are seriously injured.

Bangalore West DCP Sanjeev Patil has informed that the victims have been admitted to Victoria Hospital. The intensity of the explosion is said to have hit the factory-owned household. Firefighters extinguished the fire and the cause of the explosion is unknown.
