Explicit Video of Four UASD Students Viral
Four students from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) were filmed discreetly in an interior hallway of one of the university buildings.
The students were accused of being involved in a sexual act, though they were not seen in the video actually engaging in any such act.
University officials have reacted to the video, which went viral on social media, stating that they are investigating the incident to determine whether there were any violations of security protocols before deciding on the necessary course of action.
Officials have also confirmed that no university employees were involved in the incident.
In the video, a person can be heard accusing the four young individuals of inappropriate acts and further threatening to report the matter to the authorities so that their registration is cancelled.
The UASD has stated that the accusations made by the person recording the video cannot be substantiated since, at no point in the video, are the subjects seen engaging in any inappropriate act for which they were accused.
Officials also stated that none of the university employees had intervened in any such incident. Additionally, the officials added:
“At the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, we have always protected the integrity and individual rights of our students. None of our staff is authorized to record and, much less, expose them as seen in the aforementioned video.”
