A Manchester math teacher, Rebecca Joynes, 30, is facing a trial charged with having sex with an underage student when she was in a position of trust.
She was granted bail and directed not to have unsupervised contact with any underage boy.
However new and highly sleazy details are emerging of the same 30-year-old teacher from Pensby Road, Wirral having sex multiple times with another 15-year-old boy and even becoming pregnant and giving birth to his child.
Rebecca Joynes, 30, is on trial at Manchester Crown Court accused of six counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, including two while being a person in a position of trust.
Joynes denies all the charges.
Rebecca first seduced the first Boy referred to in the court as Boy A and took him shopping and bought expensive gifts which included a Gucci belt worth the equivalent of around $430.
Boy A told Police that Joynes took him to her home and both engaged in unprotected sex.
Boy A told the Police that when he told Rebecca that he is underage even for driving a vehicle she just laughed.
He also revealed to the cops that they had sex twice that night. In the morning while dressing up Rebecca told him not to tell anyone about their escapades.
Boy A told the cops that he never expected to have sex with his teacher who was twice his age and had been acquainted with him for many years.
He added that she was good-looking and anyone in his position would have done the same thing.
Rebecca was later arrested by Police and later released on bail with an order not to have unsupervised contact with anyone under 18.
She was first suspended and later fired from her post by the school.
The story did not end here and Rebecca Joynes started flirting with another student who had sent her Snapchat messages and asked her to expose her tits.
Rebecca did not oblige but sent a picture of her behind.
Joynes invited the boy also designated as Boy B since the identity of the victims cannot be revealed. Rebecca engaged in unprotected sex with Boy B several times.
He was invited to her home, which was “awkward at first,” the boy said, according to the report.
Boy B said, according to interviews played in court,
“Obviously she was probably nervous because she didn’t want to get caught and I was nervous because I was meeting up with someone double my age and I’d known them for a number of years.”
She said something like ‘I don’t know if I want to do this until after you leave school or until you’re 18.’
The boy said of the kiss on the couch before going to their teacher’s room for sex.
It was the first time and many times since then, at least 30 times.
Joynes eventually became pregnant and had a daughter with Boy B.
Joynes had said that she had sex only when Boy B was 16 years old which is the minimum age for sex in the UK.
Joynes also said she did not have sex with Boy B when she was working as a teacher because the minimum age of consent in that case would have been 18 years.
Prosecutor Joe Allman told jurors of the second child “incredibly and in all honesty brazenly, this was all happening while Ms Joynes was on bail in court. A 15-year-old boy cannot consent to sexual activity with an adult … 15-year-old school students do not exploit the grown men and women who are their teachers.
Joynes has denied six counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, including two while being in a position of trust.
Her trial is ongoing.
