Hyderabad, Feb 18 (IANS): Upasana Kamineni Konidela, wife of ‘RRR’ star Ram Charan, has made an extraordinary announcement on the birthday of her mother-in-law Surekha Konidela. She revealed the launch of a home-cooked meals venture ‘Athamma’s Kitchen’, marking a new paradigm of mutual respect and collaboration between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
The initiative, which debuted on Sunday, aims to redefine the traditional relationship dynamic and is inspired by Surekha’s decades of preparing meals for her family, including her husband, Mega Star Chiranjeevi, during his extensive travels. Chiranjeevi also took to social media to share his picture with Surekha, wishing her a happy birthday. The couple, married since February 1980, have two daughters and a son, Ram Charan.
Ram Charan, who will be seen next in Shankar’s ‘Game Changer’, married Upasana Kamineni in June 2012. Upasana is the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity, and the couple has a daughter named Klin Kaara Konidela.
