Mumbai, April 1 (IANS) – Venture Catalysts has announced leading a seed funding round in Plotch.ai, the largest Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) rails infrastructure company. The partnership with Google aims to integrate AI into the network to promote local language adoption and enhance accessibility in rural India.
The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed by Venture Catalysts and AC Ventures to fuel Plotch.ai’s growth in facilitating ONDC adoption. Manoj Gupta, CEO of Plotch.ai, expressed gratitude for the support and mentioned accelerating product development and expanding their customer base as priorities.
Plotch.ai currently processes close to one million transactions per month, with a 100% month-on-month growth rate. Clients like Snapdeal, Meesho, and Paytm are among their customer base. Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, MD and CEO of Venture Catalysts, highlighted Plotch.ai’s understanding and innovative solutions in the ONDC landscape.
T. Koshy, CEO and MD of ONDC, recognized technology service providers (TSPs) like Plotch.ai as essential for the network’s growth. Koshy urged for more enablers to follow Plotch.ai’s example within the ONDC network.
