Malayalam Actor Vinayakan is known for essaying the role of an antagonist in the Rajinikanth starrer Jailer got into hot waters when a video of him became viral. In the viral video, the Malayalam actor can be seen handing over the video to his neighbours.
Malayalam Actor Vinayakan Criticized for Viral Video
In this video the Malayalam Actor Vinayakan can be seen standing on his balcony and shouting expletives of the worst type. During the course of the video the actor can be seen undressing and divesting his dhoti before making vulgar actions. The actor also seems to be highly intoxicated and many times fell on the ground and became stark n@ked. The video has been trending from the morning on different social media platforms.

The actor is also facing scathing criticism on social media for his actions after the video became viral. Some users have shared screenshots of the actor undressing on social media. The pictures are viral on most social media platforms like X and Facebook. One user has asked the Malayalam Film fraternity to suspend the actor from the industry.
The huge backlash has forced the actor to issue an apology to his fans on his Facebook handle. He wrote on his Facebook post,
‘As a film actor and a person, I cannot handle many issues. I apologize to the public for all the negative energy that came from my side. Let the discussion continue.’
There has been no Police complaint against the actor and till the time the article goes to press and the police have also not initiated any action.
It is not the first time that the Malayalam Actor has landed himself into controversy for his unruly behaviour. In 2023 he was arrested for creating public nuisance and disorder at a police station in Ernakulam, Kochi. He was later released on bail. In 2024 he was again arrested after he got into a heated altercation with Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel at the Hyderabad airport.
