Vivo Unveils the New Vivo Pad 2: A Comprehensive Look at Its 12-Inch 144Hz LCD Display and 13-Megapixel Camera

The Chinese tech giant, Vivo, has recently presented the Vivo Pad 2 in the Chinese market. The device is being offered in three-color options along with variations of RAM and storage. It is fitted with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SOC and can back up to 12GB of RAM. Along with a giant 12.1-inch LCD display boasting a 2.8K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, the handset vows to deliver high-quality visuals.

The tablet is also equipped with a gigantic 10,000mAh battery and endows 44W fast charging, completing it as a perfect choice for those who are permanently on the go. The Vivo Pad 2 serves as the inheritor to the Vivo Pad, which was unleashed back in April 2022.

Price

The Vivo Pad 2 has made its entrance into the Chinese market with a starting expense of around ₹29,800 (¥2,499) for the base variant with 8GB RAM+128GB internal storage. The handset is also public in additional RAM and storage deviations such as 8GB+256GB priced at around ₹33,400 (¥2,799), 12GB+256GB fixed at around ₹37,000 (¥3,099), and 12GB RAM+512GB RAM offered at around ₹40,600 (¥3,399).

The Vivo Pad 2 is public in three colors: Far Away Mountain Ash/Grey, Clear Sea Blue, and Nebula Purple.

Under the hood, the tablet is fitted with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC with a Mali-G710 10-core GPU, which is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB storage. The handset also features a 13-megapixel primary rear camera along with a 2-megapixel macro shooter, while on the front, an 8-megapixel takes care of selfies and video calls. The tablet offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port for connectivity.
