Vivo Y36 With Snapdragon 680 SoC Launched in India, Check Specifications, and Price

On 20 June, Vivo Y36 has been rolled out in India. This new Vivo Y series smartphone is available in two color options. It flaunts a 2.5D curved glass body. These mid-range smartphones offer 8GB of RAM coupled with a Snapdragon 680 SoC. The series of smartphones also offers an extended RAM feature.

Vivo Y36 smartphone can separate a portion of the Storage to consider it as RAM. This feature is available for improved performance. The newly launched smartphone also has 44W fast charging support with a 5,000mAh battery and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit. Un Indonesia the handset was launched a month back.

The only available storage variant is the 8GB RAM + 128GB configuration is available at Rs. 16,999. It is available in two color variants like Vibrant Gold colors and Meteor Black. Via retail stores, Flipkart, and E-stores. A flat cashback of Rs. 1,500 is available for the procurement done by EMI transactions and HDFC bank debit cards. Other offers are also available like an extra Rs. 500 on procurement with State Bank of India cards and EMI transactions.

The smartphone offers dual-SIM features in Nano size. Vivo Y36 runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13. It offers a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz along with an LCD of 6.64-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,388 pixels). The selfie camera is placed at the center of the display at the notch. This smartphone is powered by 8GB of RAM inbuilt along with 8GB of extended RAM and an octa-core 6nm Snapdragon 680 SoC.

For clicking photos and videos, the Vivo Y36 phone comes with a dual rear camera setup. It includes a 2-megapixel bokeh shooter accompanying a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The selfie camera possesses an f/2.0 aperture and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Various photography modes are also supported like Bokeh Flare portrait, Multi Style Portrait, and Super Night mode, among others.

The smartphone offers 128GB of storage that can be extended up to 1TB by inserting a dedicated slot. Various Sensors onboard options available on the newly launched phone are a gyroscope, e-compass, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and accelerometer. However, various connectivity options include a USB Type-C port, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 5, and Wi-Fi. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is also available.
