The police have also stated that two more suspects, who are absconding, are wanted by the police for their involvement in the murder.

Three other persons were also hurt in the shooting.

As per a statement by the JSO in a social media post:

“Saturday afternoon, JSO SWAT, CPR, and Gang Unit members located and arrested Sean Gathright, 18, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Isaiah Chance Jr., 21.”

Police in a news conference in Tampa announcing the arrests on Monday also showed security footage in which several suspects can be seen running and shooting in a hotel parking lot.

According to the police, all three shooters were part of Jacksonville gangs ATK and 1200 and worked together to target Julio Foolio, who was part of 6 Block.

The police also released videos that showed the arrests of the suspects.

Detectives also revealed that Gathright was a shooter and that Andrews and Chance played a role in the murder.

The police also stated that they were looking for two other people—Davion Murphy and Rashard Murphy—who were shooters along with Gathright.

The Tampa Police Department is working with JSO and U.S. Marshals to apprehend them.

The arrests of the three suspects were announced by Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters and Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez, who were also present.

Waters, in JSO’s social media post, said:

“There’s no place you’ll be able to hide if you commit a crime in Jacksonville or any other city in the state of Florida.”

In the past three years, Jones had survived two previous shooting incidents in Jacksonville.

State Attorney Susan Lopez said at a news conference Monday afternoon:

“All five of these defendants are facing life in the Florida State Prison, even the ones who didn’t pull the trigger. In Florida, if you participate in the planning of a murder, you can be held accountable for the person’s death, and that is what we intend to do here.”

For the unversed, Julio Foolio was celebrating his 26th birthday on the night he was killed.

As per a video he had posted on his Instagram account, he had asked his followers to direct-message him the address, which was an Airbnb rental.

However, Julio Foolio and his friends were asked by the police to leave the place after a noise complaint.

He and his friends relocated to a Holiday Inn, where he was reportedly ambushed in the parking lot.
