Ruby Franke is a former YouTuber who has been in the limelight since her arrest on August 30, 2023. She had charges on her related to child abuse. Recently police were investigating her house in search for other kids in a bodycam footage released.

Later her children were found at one of her friends’ house. The discovery of the child was made a few hours after one of Ruby Franke’s kids escaped and went to neighbors for help. The kid escapes from the home of Ruby Franke’s business partner.
Jodi Hildebrandt, his business partner, along with the latter have been accused of six counts of felony child abuse. Franke’s son was found in Ivins by the authorities. Two of Franke’s children could be discovered at Pam Bodtcher’s house. Officers could be spotted barging into Ruby Franke’s residence in the Bodycam footage.
One of Ruby Franke’s children who was a 12-year-old son escaped from Franke’s business partner’s house. He was found asking for water and food at a neighbor’s place, as per a statement issued by the Santa Clara-Ivins Public Safety Department. The small kid had duct tape around the extremities with open wounds. He escaped the place by climbing up from the window of the house.
Ruby Franke’s 10-year-old daughter was also found by Law enforcement in the residence. However, they appeared malnourished. The kids were taken in by the Utah Division of Child and Family Services. Jodi and Ruby, both were arrested on August 30. On September 8, for both suspects, a virtual hearing was organized. YouTube banned Franke from the platform and deleted her channel as well, post the arrest.
Accusations Against Ruby Franke
Ruby Franke was accused of various events that began in 2020. One of Franke’s sons revealed that he was banned from using the bedroom, and instead was forced to sleep on a bean bag. This left the viewers in great concussion. Thus, based on child abuse, a change.org petition was launched. Ruby’s husband, Kevin defended his wife. However, the duo parted ways in 2022.
Currently, Kevin Franke is locked in a custody battle for his four minor children with Ruby.
