The news that a football player from Salmen High School was mistreated in the locker room has caused a huge uproar on the internet. There are numerous videos available showing this student being pushed around by other pupils.
The victim’s family is now requesting that the bullies be held accountable for their actions. The Salmen High School is also investigating what occurred to see what should be done in response.

At a Salmen High School in St. Tammany Parish, an event took place. Members of the Salmen football squad can be seen slamming a smaller player against the wall in a video that news source WWLTV was able to obtain. The target is then shown being pressed against by larger athletes as others hold him in position. The victims were being passed between the pupils in the video, who were all dressed.
After the incident, the grandmother of the victim was questioned. She admitted to WWLTV that a senior had sent her the footage. The family member, who requested anonymity, also said that the football coach appeared unconcerned with the bullying taking place on his squad.

She reportedly said, “We showed them the text messages that was being sent saying that he was next. The coach told us that they playing, and I guess he don’t see nothing wrong with it.” The boy was informed by the bullies that he would not be allowed to play on the pitch if he did not participate, the grandma further claimed in the interview.
People on the internet are absolutely outrageously mad about the whole incident. When they learned about the bullying, others on the internet became furious. Some accused the football coach of being negligent for not taking the crisis seriously. Others favored punishing the bullies for their actions. A few others also felt let down by the bullies’ parents.
