The fireworks were directed towards a Lamborghini on the ground. While the visuals might seem cool and very dreamy, in real life, they turned out to be super dangerous and something illegal.

Now, Alex is in trouble because he bought the fireworks from a place where it was illegal to sell them, and he did not take legal permission to film from the helicopter.
“(The pilot) operated the helicopter less than 500 feet from people and a moving car on the ground … created a hazard to persons or property by allowing the fireworks to be launched at a moving passenger-carrying vehicle operated at less than the minimum altitudes,” the legal affidavit said about the incident.
The pilot of the helicopter also got in trouble for allowing Alex to film from the air without a legal permit. “Choi was doing unsafe activities involving cars and aircraft,” said the pilot.
Investigations are ongoing about this issue.
The names, numbers, and information about the people inside the helicopter performing these stunts have also been extracted.
The shoot occurred in 2023, either on June 7th or June 8th, and the investigation started in December 2023. Now that the video has been released, it’s receiving massive complaints and legal issues are tied up with it. Alex is under investigation and is going through legal issues to clear up the air about what he did and why he did it.
