Gary and Janice Cusack Miller Accused of Racist Behaviour
A video has surfaced in which the couple is seen displaying racist behaviour while interacting with an African American man.
During the interaction, the couple threatened to lynch the man.
The black man recorded the video in which the man can be heard saying that there is a hanging tree where people like him were hung. It was reminiscent of a time in the past, a time during which white people could lynch any black man who went out of line.
What was even more deplorable was the behavior of the white people around who could be seen laughing at the exchange and mocking the man recording the video.
Gary Miller did not stop there and even used a racial slur, calling the man the n-word. The black man made a video of the incident and made it public. The video sparked a huge outrage and many netizens vent their anger on their social media handles.
The Black man went by the name of Uncle Ricky on TikTok, shared the video with the caption “racism at its best, Virginia City, Nevada,”
He further added
“This is what I had to go through today!! I’ve never felt so humiliating and disrespected in my life.”
The victim also tagged numerous news organizations and anti-racism organizations such as the NAACP to bring attention to his video.
The video quickly went viral and started an online search to discover the racist couple.
It was also revealed that Millers had only recently purchased the Firehouse Saloon bar.
The video outraged the netizens and they vent their emotions on the internet social media.
One user said,
“OMG this is actually so scary, these people need to be on the news,”
Another user posted,
“Omg I can see the evil in their eyes. I’m so sorry,”
