Wildland fire rages in Florida near Santa Rosa Beach

SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. (WVLT/WJHG) — Florida crews are tackling a wildland fire near the Mussett Bayou house in the state’s panhandle.

In accordance with the South Walton Fire District, the fire broke out spherical 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night time. Crews have been stopping the fire for larger than 4 hours.

WJHG experiences that some evacuations have begun.
