YouTube Bans Amouranth’s ASMR Channel As She Violated The Nudity Policy
Kaitlyn Siragusa aka “Amouranth”, who is a well-known streamer online, has millions of followers across different social media accounts.
Kaitlyn recently, though, went through a huge drop in followers because YouTube deleted one of her accounts.
YouTube Bans Amouranth’s ASMR Channel
Kaitlyn mostly does ASMR on her channel.
ASMR is making relaxing sounds that help a person to relax or even to sleep.
ASMR sounds are often used as white noise as well.
These sounds can be created through eating sounds, makeup sounds, clicking clips, nails, packaging, and more.
ASMR has been a very popular segment for the past couple of years.
Amouranth has been a big shark in the ASMR game on YouTube.
However, suddenly her channel was taken down by YouTube.
On August 20, her YouTube channel was taken down.
When users tried to visit her channel, it showed the page didn’t exist and wasn’t available.
However, Kaitlyn tagged YouTube to get some conclusion to this issue, stating that the deletion of the account was a mistake.
YouTube responded, saying it was not a mistake.
Her channel got disabled after Kaitlyn posted a video of her brushing a brush against the microphone, which she thought was wrong and tagged YouTube for their part of the process.
Amouranth was making sexual content and pushing the boundaries of the terms and conditions of YouTube.
In the past, Kaitlyn did post sounds like ear-licking and more, which are considered sexual and not acceptable by YouTube.
Amouranth posted that she does not regret the content she has posted.
It is unclear whether she will fight YouTube for their decision to delete the channel.
Amouranth was once the top ASMR artist on YouTube, but she has been taken over by someone else in the game.
Luckily, her other channel, which has 1 million subscribers, and other channels she has are still active and haven’t been taken down by YouTube though.
