‘Zwigato’ Movie Review

Manas who used to work as a floorman in the company got laid off and lost his job. To make ends meet for his family, he starts working with a food delivery platform, where his income is based on ratings, delivery time, incentives, and such. His wife also takes up some loads by working as a masseuse for a rich lady, and sometimes as a cleaner. The couple’s narrative is the story of an ordinary family, who have to work just to get money for the day.

The infamous Kapil Sharma played the role of Manas in this film. The plot line received loads of appreciation as it turned out to be a feel-good film. It also broke a couple of social shackles which pointed out the fact of breaking out of the chain of male ego and being the sole breadwinner of the family. The feminist outlook of the film won the hearts of many people. Even though the screenplay was a little about random cuts and jumps in scenes between, viewers seemed to enjoy it.
