Bhagyashree: One must not copy diet of their favourite stars, it can be dangerous

Mumbai, Feb 27 (IANS) Actress Bhagyashree warned against blindly following celebrity diet plans which can be ‘dangerous’. At an event in PD Hinduja Hospital, she emphasized on the importance of thyroid check-ups, highlighting its link to diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.

Bhagyashree stressed the significance of regular thyroid check-ups, especially for children and newborns, to prevent mental retardation. She cautioned against mimicking diets of favorite actors without consulting a healthcare professional, emphasizing the need for personalized diets based on individual health needs and geographical location.

The actress also paid tribute to ghazal maestro Pankaj Udhas, describing him as a humble and soft-spoken person. She fondly recalled the warm hospitality of his family during their interactions, expressing solidarity and support for them.

Reflecting on Udhas’s impact, Bhagyashree reminisced about the enjoyable gatherings at his residence and the close bond she shares with his daughter Nayaab. She extended her heartfelt condolences to the family.
