Benefits for over 100 rural women from free health camp organized by Online Chikitsa Mitra

New Delhi, March 18 (IANS) Online Chikitsa Mitra, a rural health-tech start-up, conducted a free online health check-up camp for over 100 women in underprivileged areas across India. The camp included vital assessments and online consultations for participants in various states.

The camp provided essential health assessments like blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, weight, height, and temperature. It aimed to assist women in completing their treatment despite financial barriers, according to co-founder Smriti Tandon. The initiative strives to offer accessible healthcare and expand its impact on communities.

This initiative by Online Chikitsa Mitra, established in 2019, seeks to provide quality, long-term healthcare solutions. The free online health check-up camp was held in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Goa, and Karnataka. The company’s mission is to improve the well-being of women in underprivileged areas through accessible healthcare services.
