Synapses launches $125 million VC fund for STEM innovations in climate and health technology

New Delhi, April 9 (IANS) Synapses, a venture capital fund, just launched a $125 million fund to support STEM solutions in climate change and health. Founded by Ruchira Shukla and Karthik Chandrasekar, both IIT alumni and veteran investors, the fund focuses on climate tech and health tech, emphasizing domain expertise and thesis-driven investing.

Ruchira Shukla, the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Synapses, expressed, “Climate change and an increasing disease burden are the defining challenges of our generation.
