After CBSE, Haryana to reduce syllabus of classes 9 to 12 – education

So as to reduce psychological strain over college students, Board of Faculty Education, Haryana, will reduce the syllabus of the scholars finding out in classes 9 to 12 within the educational session of 2021-2021, in accordance to state Education Minister Kanwar Pal.

“The state authorities doesn’t want to put educational strain on the scholars and needs to proceed imparting needed education. Subsequently, there will likely be a discount within the syllabus for the scholars finding out in classes 9 to 12,” Pal stated in a press launch on Thursday.

In a bid to reduce psychological strain on college students, the Haryana authorities has now determined to reduce the syllabus for the educational session 2021-21 in colleges affiliated to the Board of Faculty Education, Haryana, following the sample of CBSE.

The minister stated that the colleges remained closed throughout the nation in the course of the COVID-19 induced lockdown, due to which holding of common classes within the lecture rooms was not attainable, though the state authorities has made sufficient preparations to impart on-line education.

To reduce the syllabus, Pal stated, the state authorities has instructed the Board of Faculty Education, Haryana, to arrange a committee by coordinating with SCERT Gurugram and to put up the proposal inside per week after exploring all potentialities on this regard.

He stated until now the syllabus that has been taught on-line to the scholars of 9 to 12 classes also needs to be included within the syllabus, in order to profit them.
