BJP MP Ram Swaroop Sharma from Mandi in Himachal has died, according to media reports, his body was found hanging in his house. Delhi Police said that in the morning a call was received from their house that the MP had committed suicide. The employee of his house told the police that in the morning if his door was not open from the inside, he broke the door and the MP’s body was seen hanging from the fan. The team of Delhi Police reached the spot and his body was sent for post-mortem.
Hearing the news of the death of BJP MP Anurag Thakur arrived at his residence, the cause of death has not been revealed at the moment, the police is investigating the case.
Let us tell you that Ram Swaroop Sharma reached the Lok Sabha by winning from Mandi twice, in 2014 he defeated Congress candidate Pratibha Singh by 39796 votes. The BJP had won all four seats in Himachal. In 2019, he again became MP after winning from Mandi.
