Lambda Varient of Corona Virus: The coronavirus has been spreading around the world since last year. The coronavirus, which began to spread in China, then gradually spread around the world. The coronavirus has been attacking civilians in every country in succession as first wave, 2nd wave, 3rd wave. The coronavirus has infected 18 crore 60 lakh 4 thousand 716 people worldwide so far.

40 lakh 20 thousand 491 of them have lost their lives. 17 crore 1 lakh 97 thousand 444 people have fully recovered. 1 crore 17 lakh 86 thousand 752 people are receiving treatment continuously. The health of 77 thousand 869 of them is worrying.

It has been more than 2 years since the spread of corona and its impact has not diminished. The coronavirus evolves from time to time to defend itself. A coronavirus called alpha was found during the first wave of corona.

In this case, the coronavirus has been found to re-emerge as a new virus called ‘lambda’. Medical experts have warned that the virus could spread faster than the delta+ virus and pose a higher risk of death.

According to the Pan American Health Organization, 82 percent of new coronavirus infections in Peru are caused by lambda varient of corona virus.

The study also found that 31 percent of new coronaviruses tested in Chile last May and June were diagnosed with the Lambda type coronavirus.

According to medical experts, the Lambda virus is highly lethal. The Lambda corona virus has the potential to spread faster than the delta virus.

The newly spread Lambda type corona virus is more likely to cause death than the Delta type corona currently dominating the UK. That new virus is currently spreading fast.

In the last 4 weeks alone, the Lambda virus has spread to more than 30 countries. Lambda type corona virus was first detected in the South American country of Peru. That country has the highest corona mortality rate in the world.

Lambda type corona virus has also been detected in the UK. So far 6 people there have been infected with the lambda virus.
