Due to increasing cases of coronavirus, the UP Board examination has been postponed. It has been announced by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself. The CM said that new dates will be considered in May. Till May 15, schools of 10-12 class colleges will remain closed.

The CBSE 10th exam was canceled a day earlier and the 12th exam has been postponed for the present.

For the past several days, the opposition and parents were constantly pleading to postpone the examination, after which a big decision was taken on the CBSE board examinations after the meeting between the Education Minister and PM Narendra Modi a day earlier and now the UP Board Examination has also been announced to be postponed.

The second wave of corona virus is continuously wreaking havoc, everyday corona cases are setting a new record. According to the Health Ministry data released on Thursday, 2,00,739 new cases of Covid were reported in India in the last 24 hours, while more than one thousand people lost their lives. Due to the increasing cases of Corona, schools and colleges have to be closed.
