Lars Vesterløkke , CEO of the news agency “Ritzau”, did not say on Wednesday how much the ransom was sought, as the hackers left a file with a message but it was not opened by the agency by the advice of their advisors.
“Ritzau” provides news and photo services to Danish media. He says he has moved his emergency service to six blogs for customers.
Vesterløkke said, “If everything happens as expected, our services will gradually become normal by Thursday. “

He said that out of 100 Ritzau’s servers, about 25 servers were damaged due to the attack, which led to the closure of the editorial system.
Hackers attack on Tuesday and who is behind it is not known.
