This year the festival of Easter, Easter Sunday, or Resurrection Sunday is being celebrated on April 17, 2022. This event is celebrated as “Easter” or “Easter Sunday”. According to biblical belief, Jesus lived in this world for 40 days to prove that he had indeed risen from the dead, completing the task of persuading the apostles and establishing his church. Then he took the apostles to the Mount of Olives and, raising his hands, blessing peoples, he flew towards heaven, until a cloud covered him.
