Haryana Nuh Violence: Communal Clashes Cost 5 Lives in Gurugram and Nuh

Nuh district of Haryana witnessed severe violent clashes including two groups (Hindus and Muslims) in Gurugram recently. Currently, this incident is regarded as one of the shocking events, leaving the people of Gurugram with absolute concussion.

The incident has raised a huge amount of questions on the web world along with raising the eyebrows of several people.

Everyone wants to know the details of the case. Recently, the Vishwa Hindu parishad’s Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra was going on. The fight started when a gang of young men stopped the yatra around 2:00 PM. The police confirmed that these men threw stones. This event occurred near Khedla Mod.

This serious and violent incident has grabbed the whole nation’s attention. Police vehicles were also damaged during the incident. The case is under investigation currently. The case has been taken under the purview of the Haryana Police.

When the religious procession was going on in the Haryana Nuh, not only these outrageous people threw stones but also they set various cars on fire.

This is an event that occurred on 31 July 2023. As per the reports submitted by Cops, two home guards lost their lives during this incident as they were shot dead in a fatal situation. A bunch of police officers got injured badly as well. The Haryana police revealed this information to the media.

Government Actions

All the schools, Universities, Academic institutions, colleges, and various institutes remained closed on 1 August, Tuesday. This was announced by the Gurugram district administration. However, Nishant Kumar Yadav, the district Magistrate issued the orders.

As per ML Khattar, the Chief Minister, the religious procession occurs each year. However, a lot of folks stand against it and start attacking.

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi also stated that this incident that occurred in Mewat is highly troubling.

He somewhat compared the recent Haryana case with the Manipur Northeast case. Arvind Kejriwal went to X to post his views on the case stating that people are exposed to unsafe environments in various places.
