Lakshmi Puja 2021 Puja Vidhi and Samagri

Lakshmi Puja is mostly celebrated across India and is very important for Bengalis who call it as a ‘Lakhi puja’. In some part of the country, people observe for the whole day and performs puja on the muhurat or after the sunset. People decorate their whole house and balconies with flowers, garlands and other decorative items. They also make Rangolies on the same day. They also make sweets and distribute it among their neighbours, friends and among relatives.

All these preparations are done to welcome the Goddess with an open heart and love at home. Bring new idols of the Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha at home. Mantrocharan and Aarti will be performed along with ‘Beshankh dhwani’. After aarti puja is completed and prasad is distributed to everyone.
