LPG Gas Cylinder Price: The prices of LPG cylinders have been increased once again. This time this increase has happened on the commercial cylinder of 19 kg. Today, from October 1, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has increased from Rs 1693 to Rs 1736.50. The price of a commercial cylinder has been increased by Rs 43. At the same time, the price of a non-subsidized domestic LPG cylinder remains at Rs 884.50. Looking at the rising crude oil prices, it seemed that the price of LPG cylinders could cross Rs 900.

Let us tell you that the month of September started with the tempering of inflation for the common man. Government oil companies again increased the price of domestic LPG cylinders. The price of a non-subsidized LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 25 on September 1.

The price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has increased to Rs 884.50 in Delhi. In the last 15 days, the non-subsidized LPG cylinder has become costlier by Rs 50. Earlier, on August 18, petroleum companies had increased the prices of gas cylinders by Rs 25. In July also, the prices of cylinders were increased. At the same time, the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has increased by Rs 75.

The price of a 14.2 kg LPG cylinder in Mumbai is Rs 884.5, in Chennai, you will get an LPG cylinder for Rs 900.50. At the same time, the price of the cylinder in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is Rs 897.5.

Let us inform you that from January 1 to September 1, the price of LPG has increased by Rs 190. On the other hand, if we talk about a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder, then its price in Delhi is Rs 1693. The price has gone up to Rs 1772 in Kolkata, Rs 1,649 in Mumbai, and Rs 1,831 per cylinder in Chennai.

The government has abolished the subsidy on LPG by increasing the prices every month. Due to the increase in the price every month, the subsidy ended by May 2020. The price of LPG has more than doubled in the last seven years. The price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder as of 1 March 2014 was Rs 410.5.
