Also goes by the name of  “Muscle Barbie”, Julia Vins is a heavy weightlifter who started working out at the age of 15. Initially, she wanted to gain more confidence due to which she joined a gym and started changing her lifestyle. Determined and dedicated, the gym trainer noticed her and motivated her to get into weightlifting. Let’s get into some of the facts about Julia Vins.

She was originally born on May 21st 1996 in Engels, Russia. Her dad was an alcoholic. Due to constant conflicts and abuse, her parents divorced. She had to go through tough times while growing up, often suffering from depression and anxiety. 

She is career driven and aspires to join law school and wants to be a lawyer. Now she is dedicated to her studies and solely focused on it. In her free time, she likes to go to the gym and work out. 

She is best known by her nickname- “Muscle Barbie”. Because of her massive size and beauty, she loves to be adored by the world. 

She has a passion for weightlifting. In an interview, she stated that the place grew up was not in a healthy lifestyle and fitness, so had to travel for an hour by bus to reach the gym. Additionally, she was the only girl in the entire gym but that didn’t stop to go the gym and workout. 

Her perseverance and determination have helped to overcome her personal struggles and win many awards and accolades including Junior Powerlifting in Russia. She is also a two-time winner of the World Champion at the World Powerlifting Congress. She also broke many world records. Her current weight is 65 kg and her workout regime includes 275kg squat, 205 kg deadlift and 175kg Bench Press.
