Navratri Colours 2021 List: 9 colors to wear during the 9 days of Sharad Navratri

Day 1, Goddess Shailputri: The very first day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Shailputri. As mentions in the Scriptures, on this day one should wear Orange colour clothes. Orange is the colour of Joy, enthusiasm, and creativity, success. While talking about Goddess Shailputri, She is said to be the daughter of mountains.

Day 2, Goddess Brahmacharini: The second day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Brahmacharini. As the brahmachai wears white clothes. So, one should wear white clothes on this day.

Day 3, Goddess Chandraganta: The third day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Chandraganta, who has the responsibility of rewarding people for their bravery and courage. One should wear Red, on this day.

Day 4, Goddess Kushmanda: The fourth day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Kushmanda, who is also called Ashtabhuja Devi, because of her eight hands. One should wear Dark Blue if he/she wants to please Maa Kushmanda.

Day 5, Goddess Skandmata: The 5th day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Skandmata. One should wear Yellow on this day. Yellow is the colour of happiness and optimism.

Day 6, Goddess Katyayani: The 6th day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Katyayani. One should wear Green on this day. Green is the colour of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and environment.

Day 7, Goddess Kalaratri: The 7th day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Kalaratri. One should wear Grey on this day. Grey is the colour that shows cool, neutral, and balanced.

Day 8, Kanjak: On the 8th day of Navratri, people feed 9 girls as the visage of 9 goddesses and 1 boy as the visage of Lord hanuman. One should wear purple on this day.

Day 9, Navami: The Last day of Navratri is called Navami and on this day Goddess Siddhidatri is worshipped, who is considered as the one-side of body of Lord Shiva. One should wear Peacock green on this day.
