OTT Shows To Watch This Weekend: ‘Modern Love Mumbai’, ‘Aadha Ishq’ And More on Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, MX Player

This week, like the previous week, there will be some major launches on numerous OTT platforms. So, if you’ve blocked out time in your weekly schedule for a Netflix binging marathon but can’t decide what to watch, now is the time to make those choices. And making a decision will be difficult. This week, you can look forward to several fantastic events and films. The smash-hit film Beast, starring Thalapathy Vijay, is one of them. The film will be available on Netflix tomorrow. These are some of the shows you should check out on OTT this weekend:

1. ‘Beast’ – Netflix

The first of our five best flicks and programmes to see this week is this Tamil-language action-comedy blockbuster featuring Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde. On April 13, the Nelson-directed film was released in theatres. The plot centres around an ex-RAW agent tasked with rescuing hostages taken prisoner by terrorists at a shopping centre. Starting tomorrow, May 11, the film will be accessible to stream on Netflix.

2. ‘Aadha Ishq’ – Voot

This romantic serial tells a story of forbidden love, relationship difficulties, and an unexpected plot conclusion. Aamna Sharif, Gaurav Arora, Pratibha Ranta, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Suchitra Pillai, Darsheel Safary, and Pooja Bhamrrah are among the cast members. This is a program you really shouldn’t skip out on because it is set in lovely Kashmir and Mussoorie. It will be available on Voot on May 12th.

3. ‘Sneakerella’ – Disney+ Hotstar

The ancient fairy tale Cinderella is reimagined against a modern-day world in this American musical drama produced by Elizabeth Allen Rosenbaum. Chosen Jacobs, Lexi Underwood, and John Salley star in the film, which follows a shoe creator’s funny struggle toward becoming the world’s most famous manufacturer. On May 13, the film will be released on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar.

4. ‘Modern Love Mumbai’ – Amazon Prime Videos

Modern Love Mumbai is a six-part anthology romance program that depicts many hues of romance via six separate storylines. Six directors, Nupoor Asthana, Shonali Bose, Dhruv Sehgal, Alankrita Shrivastava, Vishal Bharadwaj, and Hansal Mehta, will tell their stories of love in the anthology.

5. ‘Outlander’ (Season 5) – Netflix

The fifth part of the historical drama fictional series Outlander is arrived, and it’s prepared to captivate the audiences. The plot concerns Claire Beauchamp Randall, a World War II nurse who inexplicably travels back in time to 1743 Scotland. Claire and Jamie Fraser strive to preserve Fraser’s Ridge, the homestead they have built in the United States, in Season 5.
