Rahul's comment on foreign help to the government did not do its job properly

(Rajasthan). Attacking the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government in the context of the border dispute with China, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that Modi, who is not standing in front of China, threatens farmers and builds walls for them.

At the same time, in the backdrop of the ongoing farmers’ agitation against the new agricultural laws of the Center, Gandhi said that Prime Minister Modi wants to clear the way for his friends through these laws. The agricultural law is not just the issue of the farmers, but the issue of the poor, laborers and 40 percent of the people of the country, and the Congress party will consider these laws to be repealed.

Rahul Gandhi said that if the British could not stand before the farmers and laborers of the country, then who is Prime Minister Modi. On the border dispute with China, he also alleged that the neighboring country has taken thousands of kilometers of our land.

Why farmers are unhappy:

Gandhi, who was on a two-day visit to Rajasthan, on Friday addressed two ‘Kisan Mahapanchayats’ in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh districts called ‘Paddy Bowl of Rajasthan’. The first meeting was held in Pilibanga town where the Congress leader questioned the government’s intention regarding the new agricultural laws and said that Prime Minister Modi says that he has brought new laws for the farmers, the question is why the farmers of the whole country are sad Huh? Why are millions of farmers agitating on the borders of Delhi?

With reference to the new agricultural laws of the Center, he said that the first law is to kill, kill and eliminate the market. The second is the abolition of the Essential Commodities Act and the law to stop hoarding and the third is to snatch justice from the hands of the farmer.

Describing the agricultural laws as an attack on 40 percent of the country’s population, Gandhi said that the aim of these laws is that 40 percent of the people should go into the hands of two-three people. A single company sells grains for the entire country.

So 40 percent people of India will be unemployed

He said that if all the three laws are implemented then the farmer is gone, his land is lost. But the small shopkeeper also went, the merchant also went, the laborer went. 40 percent of the people of India will be unemployed.

Gandhi said that he did not do this for the farmers, neither for the laborers, nor for the small shops. They did this for two of us. Four people run the government of this country and whatever is happening is happening for these four people.
Referring to the imposition of GST after demonetisation by the central government, Rahul said that… after that GST. Attack of the same link again. Abolished small and medium traders. … Modi ji wants to clear the way for his friends.

Cancel the law, it will happen again:

He said that he says we want to talk to the farmers. What do you want to talk about? Cancel these laws, the farmers are ready to talk to you. First you take Kannu back. Demonstrating solidarity with the demand of the farmers, Gandhi said that I have come here to assure you that the Congress party is with the farmers, laborers and the poor. We will not allow these laws to proceed. We will show these laws by repealing them.

Modi is afraid of China:

Amid reports of months of deadlock with China in eastern Ladakh and alleged construction by China on the working border in Arunachal Pradesh, Gandhi targeted the government saying that the defense minister (Rajnath Singh) said in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha yesterday That the agreement was reached and what was the agreement. The agreement was that Narendra Modi’s government annexed the holy land of India to China. The post of Hindustan used to be on Finger 4, China sent its army … Narendra Modi said that we will now put our post on Finger 3 means that our sacred ground between Finger 4 and Finger 3 is what Narendra Modi has sent to China Gave it forever.

He said that they will not stand in front of China .. They will threaten the farmers .. They will kill the farmers … They will beat … They will put up walls and give the land of India to China. This is the truth of Narendra Modi. Later, at the Kisan Mahapanchayat in Padampur town of Ganganagar district, pointing out the central government’s refusal to accept the demand of farmers to withdraw the law, Rahul Gandhi said that it is a shame. This movement will spread. This movement will spread from farmers to cities. That is why I am telling Narendra Modi that he should listen to the farmers.

Amit Shah Viral Video: Delhi Police Special Cell Lodged An FIR Over Doctored Clips On Reservation Issue

Published

The Delhi Police Special Cell filed an FIR on Sunday after receiving a written complaint from Home Minister Amit Shah stating that a doctored article featuring him regarding the reservation issue is being circulated on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

The Delhi police have registered the FIR under sections 153, 153A, 465, 469, 171G, and 66C of the IT Act, and arrests are expected to take place nationwide.

The Ministry of Home Affairs stated in a written complaint that it has discovered doctored videos circulated by Facebook and Twitter users. The complaint also mentioned that a report containing details of links and social media handles, which are the sources of these videos, was attached. The case is being investigated by the Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) of the Delhi Police Special Cell.

Amit Shah, during a public meeting on April 23 at the Vijaya Sankalp Sabha in Telangana, stated that the BJP will repeal the unconstitutional Muslim reservation when it comes to power in Telangana.

Home Minister Amit Shah said,

“I want to say this: if the BJP forms a government, then this unconstitutional Muslim reservation will be abolished. These rights belong to SC, ST, and OBC, and they will be given to them by abolishing Muslim reservation.”

The BJP alleged that the video was altered to show Shah promising to scrap reservations for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The BJP stated that the original video showed Amit Shah discussing the removal of the four percent “unconstitutional” reservation for Muslims in Telangana.

The BJP’s complaint said,

“Union Home Minister Amit Shah Ji did not deliver any word against the reservation for Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs), and tampering of the original speech was done by the social media activists of the Congress party for their political gains and to cause immeasurable damage to the BJP in the forthcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh and throughout India.”

BJP spokesperson Amit Malviya alleged that the Congress is spreading the doctored video, which has the potential to cause widespread violence in the country. Mr. Shah had talked about whether the unconstitutional reservation on the basis of religion would reduce the share of the SCs/STs and OBCs.

Uttarakhand's Uniform Civil Code Bill Decoded

When the framers of the Constitution were drafting it, they left the subject of the Uniform Civil Code or UCC as an aspirational dream that could be fulfilled at a later and more opportune time.

Uttarakhand could become the first state where the Uniform Civil Code will come into force. In 2022, the Uttarakhand State Government started the process and entrusted the job of preparing a draft for the UCC to a team led by retired Supreme Court judge Ranjana Prakash Desai.

The Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami-led government will place the draft of the Uniform Civil Code Uttarakhand 2024 Bill (UCC) before the state legislative assembly. The bill will be tabled in the forthcoming four-day special assembly session that began on Monday.

The State Cabinet of the CM Pushkar Singh Dhami-led government had already Okayed the final draft of the UCC, and it envisages uniform civil laws for all the communities who reside in the state. If the Bill clears the legislative assembly, it will be sent to the Governor for approval. After the Governor approves the bill, it will then become law. The UCC was a big sticking point in the elections, and the BJP had promised to make it a law in the state.

What is the Uniform Civil Code?

The Uniform Civil Code or the UCC is a set of laws that will govern personal matters like marriage, divorce, adoption, inheritance, and succession for all the citizens of the state irrespective of their religious beliefs. Today different laws govern these personal matters for different communities of different religions. The UCC will replace all such diverse laws, and there will be only one uniform civil law.
