That is how his journey toward weight loss started. 

Talking about his workout consists of infusing muscle-building and calorie-burning exercises for a 5-day week plan. His trainer put him on a hardcore workout plan that resulted in losing 30 lbs in just 10 weeks. His exercise involved doing a lot of HIIT exercises for 45 minutes. In this two muscles were targeted every day. He also increased the weight he lifted in order to increase the muscle gain and lose fat of the body. His workout focused more on muscle building that indirectly loses all the fat tissue of your body. Seth Rogen’s trainer even adds weight to a simple exercise in order to increase his strength and build muscle mass.
