WATCH: SweaterGxd Banned From Kick After Streamer Put A Gun on Girlfriend’s Head During Live Stream

A video has gone viral on the internet showing Kick streamer SweaterGxd putting a gun over her partner’s head. According to news reports, SweaterGxd was hosting a just-chatting stream with some of his friends.

During the live stream on 8 March, all of them seemed to be intoxicated.

Things took a drastic turn when all of a sudden he pulled out a gun and put it on his girlfriend’s head. He also constantly pulled the trigger showing it wasn’t loaded while being playful with his partner.

During the live stream, the woman was laughing over finding a McChicken wrapper from McDonald’s in the room while SweaterGxd played with the gun.

It should be noted that it’s not confirmed whether the gun was real or not. Soon, the clip went viral on social media with netizens criticizing his actions.

As the video grabbed criticism on social media, Kick, the streaming platform, banned him and prohibited him from using the platform.

But according to SweaterGxd, there must have been other reasons behind the ban besides the gun incident.

Meanwhile, fellow streamer SamBond claims that he got banned for using “hate speech.”

An X/Twitter account that shares updates related to streamers states that he got banned twice in the last 5 hours after the gun-related suspension.

Plus, SweaterGxd shared a screenshot of the email he received related to the ban.

It states that the ban would be over on 11 March, meaning the ban was just for three days.

In the U.S.A., gun laws have always been a concerning topic as around 32% of US citizens personally own firearms, according to Pew Research Center
