Job description

Senior HR Executive would oversee HR practices, processes, and strategies. Their duties would include overseeing the recruitment process, planning and implementing training programs for staff and ensuring that employees follow best practices and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

∙ Overseeing and managing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process

∙ Managing a companys appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings

∙ Ensuring that a companys procedures comply with employment regulations

∙ Managing and training the HR team

∙ Monitoring various aspects of an employees performance, such as attendance and sick leave

∙ Assessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly

∙ Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances

∙ Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits

Skills and Qualifications:

As the job of an HR Senior Executive  involves dealing with people on every level, they need to have excellent interpersonal skills and should enjoy social interaction. An HR Senior Executive candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications including:

∙ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas

∙ Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff

∙ A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law

∙ The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts

∙ Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs to efficiently manage HR functions

∙ Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement
